We have already furnished on behalf of our clients a number of
apartments in the area of Playas del Coco. We are able to offer Costa
Rican furniture at lower prices since we deal straight with the Costa
Rican furniture makers, thus avoiding middleman like furniture shops and
retailers.
Our furnishing service
offer is also open to clients who have bought their property through
other real estate agents.
In practice, to
completely furnish a two-bedroom apartment in Costa Rica to a normal
standard you would have to spend about US$8,000-10,000. The sum may vary
depending on the electrical appliances you would choose to have and the
quality of the materials used, whether they are produced in Costa Rica
or not, etc. The above amount would also cover kitchen cupboards (they
as a rule are not fitted in the apartments as you buy it!); kitchen
electrical appliances like fridge, stove and ceramic heaters; beds with
mattresses; wardrobes; coffee and kitchen tables, blinds, etc. The price
would cover for bed linens, curtains, cutlery and other accessories,
which are compulsory for renting your unit out.
