We are UK and Costa Rica agents living in the UK and Costa Rica, with more than 11 combined years working on Costa Rica Real Estate market. All of our agents, in addition to significant real estate experience, have extensive experience in the tourism market in Costa Rica, giving us a knowledge of rental trends and values, rental demands and overall tourism tendencies in each and every destination.

The goal of the Tropical Felgate group of companies is not just to sell the properties, but to provide a full and comprehensive service for first time buyers of Real Estate in Costa Rica. We are the first British company to work on Costa Rican real estate market and one of the very few companies providing a full sale and after sale service.  We have developed a full service sales and development agency for the middle and upper class investor looking for an easy way to get into the market.
